Poetry

My most recent writing relies on found images paired with fragmented, single-sentences as visual poems; I like to imagine how the poem shifts when you read separate images in different orders and how the choice of typeface, imagery, and the image quality affects the perception of my words. In all my works I tend to write in free-verse fragments with hints of rhyme/rhythm placed throughout to expand on my ideas of longing, memory, and decay.
